1 / You need an Extranet account to create and manage your Monitoring Plans

You submit an application request to access the Extranet by submitting to Verifavia Shipping the following information: the name of your company, your IMO registration number, your name, your first name, your e-mail, your mobile phone numbers, address, city and country.

If the monitoring plans are managed by a third party, you need to appoint the third-party and provide the following information: name, first name, mail, phone, and mobile phone.

A Verifavia Shipping representative will then contact you.

The person responsible for entering the data (yourself or the nominated third-party) will then receive an e-mail with his/her account ID and his/her password.

2 / The person in charge of data entry can then complete the creation of the Extranet account by clicking on the "Log In" button.
